During an Ayahuasca retreat consultation, we begin with a 60 minute session to discuss your specific situation and what you want to accomplish by working with Ayahuasca. If you have concerns about doing Ayahuasca, we’ll talk about those concerns. If you’re trying to find a retreat that will meet your specific needs in your area of the world, we’ll take notes and do research on this issue prior to our 90 minute meeting, which is usually scheduled within 24 hours to 7 days later.
If you are taking certain medications like antidepressants or street drugs, we’ll advise you during our second meeting (the 90 minute session )on how to easily get off of these drugs using herbs that won’t conflict with Ayahuasca, but that will empower you to be able to work with Ayahuasca for addiction.

How to Get Rid of Negative Effects: Ayahuasca
Our staff has worked intensively with the sacred medicines and we understand these medicines in terms of both the science of how they impact the body as well as the spirit of these medicines and how they impact what modern people refer to as “the mind”. We are friendly with Ayahuasca and we understand the motivation behind why people work with this incredible plant-medicine. If you had negative Ayahuasca effects, we do an initial 90 minute consultation with you to discuss your experience and then what happened to you after your Ayahuasca trip that was negative. This might include physical or emotional effects. During this initial consultation, we collect information from you to create a treatment trajectory to help you pass the negative effects through the body and release them.
During the second 90 minute consultation, we do the actual treatment using trauma-informed therapies and technologies like EMDR, guided meditations, breathwork, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) and brain entrainment.
